These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Blackbird Home website and your purchase of products from Blackbird Room & Linen. Blackbird Home includes Blackbird Homes of Northeast Texas and Blackbird Room & Linen (“Blackbird Home,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By visiting this website, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Pickup Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, and Product Care & Safety instructions.

Renderings, floor plans, dimensions, acreage, features, specifications, materials, finishes, school-district information, timelines, projected completion dates, and other project details are preliminary and subject to change without notice.

Images and renderings may include conceptual elements, furnishings, landscaping, colors, or finishes that differ from the completed property. Measurements and acreage are approximate unless confirmed by final surveys, plans, or legal documents.

Projected completion dates are estimates and may change because of weather, material availability, permitting, labor, inspections, construction conditions, or other circumstances.

Prospective buyers should independently verify all information important to their decision. Any sale of real property will be governed solely by the final written agreements, disclosures, warranties, and other documents signed by the appropriate parties.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, scent notes, sizes, photographs, colors, and other details accurately. However, screen settings, natural ingredients, small-batch production, and other factors may cause slight variations in appearance, fragrance, color, or consistency.

Fragrance is subjective, and we cannot guarantee that a scent will match an individual customer’s expectations or preferences.

Blackbird Room & Linen products are intended for household fragrance use only. They are not cosmetics, personal fragrances, cleaning products, disinfectants, medical products, pet products, or therapeutic treatments. Products must be used according to the directions and warnings provided on the label and our Product Care & Safety page.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY

All prices are listed in United States dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other clearly disclosed costs are added during checkout.

Products are subject to availability. Placing an item in a shopping cart does not reserve it. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or description errors, and cancel orders affected by an error or unavailable inventory.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By submitting an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• You agree to pay all charges associated with the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

SHIPPING, PICKUP, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping, delivery, local pickup, cancellations, returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy and Returns & Exchanges Policy. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information and for following all pickup instructions.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers, discount codes, bundles, and sales may be subject to additional conditions and expiration dates. Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases
• Offers have no cash value
• Sale and promotional items may be final sale
• We may modify or end a promotion at any time

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including the Blackbird name, logos, branding, product names, photographs, renderings, graphics, text, designs, page layouts, and original materials—is owned by or licensed to Blackbird Home and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

CUSTOMER CONTENT

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph, comment, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Blackbird Home permission to use, reproduce, and share submitted reviews or testimonials for business and promotional purposes. We will request permission before using a customer’s personal photograph in public marketing when the intended use is not reasonably clear at submission.
