About the Home
SIMPLE, FUNCTIONAL AND INTENTIONALLY DESIGNED
The Pecan brings together the warmth of a traditional country home and the clean simplicity of modern design. Its open-concept layout creates an easy flow between the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making the heart of the home feel spacious without sacrificing warmth.
A cathedral ceiling and oversized windows fill the main living space with natural light, while the large kitchen island provides plenty of room for everyday meals, family gatherings, and entertaining. Just beyond the kitchen, a dedicated butler’s pantry adds the storage and hardworking space a real home needs.
Every detail has been selected with both beauty and daily life in mind—because a home should do more than look good. It should live well.

Interior Details
WARM, TIMELESS FINISHES
Inside, The Pecan will feature a bright, neutral palette grounded by dark luxury vinyl plank flooring. White walls, simple natural-wood trim, and black interior doors create contrast while keeping the home warm and understated.
The kitchen will pair white cabinetry with natural-wood accents, marble-look countertops, black hardware, and black faucets. These classic finishes are designed to feel fresh now while remaining timeless for years to come.
Property
THREE ACRES IN NORTHEAST TEXAS
Set on approximately three acres in Queen City, Texas, The Pecan offers the space and quiet of country living while remaining part of Queen City ISD. Existing pecan trees give the property natural character and inspired the home’s name.
The full-length front porch creates a welcoming place to slow down, enjoy the land, and settle into the rhythm of home.
